Nicknamed by Vogue “the Picasso of Pastry,” he follows “pleasure as his only guide,” revisiting childhood memories through creations evoking Opéra, Saint-Honoré, Rice Pudding or Crêpes Suzette. In response, Juliette translates these sweet emotions into sensitive lines and fluid graphic movements, using gold, black and white as the visual language of luxury. “Each line appears as if in motion — a perfect evocation of Time Regained,” Hermé confides, celebrating the meeting between haute pâtisserie and exceptional illustration.
